TERM The term of this agreement will continue month to month; with exception to annual paid selection, however that the agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional month term commencing at the each month, subject to the right of either party to terminate at any time, without liability or cause, by providing 10 days notice of termination by notice or using the cancellation feature of the Love's Crafts and Gifts Boutique site prior to expiration of the current term. Email/Mass/Broadcasts:Mass broadcast messages to Love's Crafts and Gift Boutique member?s is prohibited unless it has been agreed upon as part of a pre-agreed messaging on a particular discussion, survey or meeting discussion.
