Why do I have to pay for some items separately?
Remember this is a co-mingled boutique. Each vendor is paid directly and has their own check out. Love's Crafts and Gifts does not take any part of the payment check out process. This is a security measure to protect you as a consumer and the vendors we serve. Each vendor is required to give a informed payment selection to our consumers for ease of shopping.
Why is there shipping on some products and no shipping on others?
Each vendor sets shipping costs based on product, size, weight and/or express or overnight shipping. Some vendors choose to ship with different carriers and costs vary. Each vendor will list if shipping is included or extra and what the costs are. Remember this is a co-mingled boutique with different vendor products.
Do you allow resell products?
Yes, where it makes sense. In the description of the product it will say this item is not handmade. The product must make sense to the category of the department. We do not allow all items to be displayed on this site. Some vendors purchase items and embellish, paint or scroll onto them. These items are partially home made. Please view key at the top of each department to know which items are totally handmade and which items are resell or partial hand made.
I would like to contact a vendor that I do not see listed on your site anymore - How do I contact them?
Please go to the Customer Service page on the right hand side of the web site and put in a general question. Include the vendor name with vendor number and someone will contact you with the information you requested.
Do you sell or share our personal information with vendors?
No your personal information is with each vendor you do business with. We recommend to vendors to use Paypal a trusted name in processing credit cards and your information is safe and secure. Please review our privacy policy found on this web site. When registering for updates and newsletters Love's Crafts and Gifts Boutique will email you to let you know if a new vendor and or sale items.
Will I be able to upload a video to sell my products?
Yes, you will be able to upload a video. We have not determined the pricing this feature will be added by October of 2008 be sure to check the pricing sheet for details.

What does the number mean by each item that is not a item number?
This is a very important number. Please track this number it is a unique vendor number that is how we tract our vendors. If you write us about a vendor always include this number it is the only way we know it is the correct person. This number is also part of the item number ie 123-99999 The numbers prior to the hyphen is their vendor number after the hyphen is the item number for the vendor.
I have a complaint about a vendor on your site?
We always hope this will never happen however we all know that there may be times that there are misunderstandings. In the event of a complaint or a question regarding a vendor we have a customer service department that will work with you and with the vendor to resolve any issue. Depending on the severity of the complaint removal of the vendor could result. Resolution/Customer Service may me found here.
Return Policy and Credit Back
Each vendor is response for their return and credit back policy. Love's Crafts & Gift Boutique makes every effort to ensure the quality and the goods sold are represented as stated. Each vendor is responsible to provide you with their policy. If you have questions regarding their policy use the contact the vendor link found at each product to ask the vendor and get it in writing. Purchasing a product on this site is no different than purchasing at an Art Fair or Craft show.
How often is this site updated?
This site is updated based on vendor requests.
I ordered two of the same items and they are different why?
Remember many of these items are hand crafted and each item is unique. You may order two of the same items and there may be slight differences in each item. This result in the uniqueness of each vendor. If an item is totally hand made you will find this in the description by the product. Slight variations are normal. Be sure to ask the vendor you are ordering from if this will be the case in your purchase of the product.
I ordered a product and it has not arrived - what should I do?
Contact the vendor and ask what is the delay. It may be that the address was wrong or many other reasons. The vendor should be able to track the item for you. Please contact the vendor.
Can I pay with a check or money order?
You must contact the vendor to see if that form of payment is accepted. Love's Crafts and Gifts does not accept any payment for merchandise from vendors. Those transactions are through a third party vendor such as Paypal. Paypal accounts or any other payment account is with the selected vendor and not with Love's Crafts and Gifts. Accepting other forms of payment must be made with the vendor and not with Love's Crafts and Gifts.
Can I Sell Craft Supplies On This Site
Yes, there is a department for craft supplies. Limitations to like items per item. example: 5 balls of yarn assorted colors red, yellow, blue and 2 green. With a picture of the item.
