Spiral Eye Needle - 10104-001
Open on the side so it is easy to thread . . . and it stays threaded.
A reverse angle in the opening prevents snagging of the material you are sewing.
A small bump inside the eye directs your thread in, but won't let it out.
Made in the USA. (Most needles are made in China and India, some in Europe.)
Made of 100% surgical quality stainless steel. (Traditional sewing needles are made of steel and then plated with nickel. Some are plated with other metals, but most are plated. Spiral eye needles have no plating. No plating means you can sharpen them instead of throwing them out when they get dull. It also means you don't have to worry about nickel allergies.)
